This is an estate sale item of retirees in the villages, Florida. This large vinyl bag with a canvas style lining measures 12” x 17” and has a metal clamshell manual mechanized hinge opening that holds itself open and close looks like maybe it was for blueprints and/or permits It shows aging, surface marks/scuffs/imperfections,ink etc. But overall good condition.
