Vintage Inland Steel Tops Metal Drink Coaster / Ashtray?  I am not sure what these are- they are 3" diameter, 1/2" edge.  At first I thought they were ashtrays (looks like some have burn marks) but I asked around and I keep getting drink coasters.  I am listing several but you will get the exact one in the picture.
