The metal tin litho pin features red, white, blue details.
The pin states
: United Steel Workers of America CIO (Congress of Industrial Organizations) Dues Paid By USA 1945 Check Off.
The check off refers to the union dues automatically deducted.
In 1955, the AFL merged with the CIO to create the AFL-CIO.
On the back it is marked Union Litho-Metal Chicago 39 with two union bugs.
This pin is approximately 1 inch across.
