UAW Delphi Delco Storm Performers pocket sized ice scraper. This measures about 3-1/4" long by 2-1/4" tall.
Branded "Local 61" "Delphi" and Delco, marked "Employee Awareness" on the back.
The former employee who brought me these said they are probably from the mid-90's. I've never seen them anywhere else!
