    29th Annual Convention New England District Kiwanis International -
    This pin, distributed for a meeting at the Poland Springs House in Poland, ME for September 11-13, 1947 has been in circulation for 75 years and at one time was proudly displayed on lapels and elsewhere.
    The plastic covering on the front side has a series of tears from top to bottom; the back side has some discoloration at the outer circular edge and on the needle tip (I don't think it is rust, but I can't say for certain), there is a series of small stains on the bottom left-hand side, around "Rochester".  The pin has off-white (not white) and lighter blue color coloring (please see the outer circular rim on the back side for a better representation of the off-white coloring).
