2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics Games Opening and Closing Ceremony Programs.
The Programs are slightly larger than my flat-bed scanner, so in order to show all 4 edges of the Programs (front and rear), there are 2 scans of each side. The first scan of the front cover(s) shows the binding on the left, but cuts off the right edge.  The second scan shows the right edge. Similarly, the first scan of the rear cover shows the binding on the right, and the left edge is cut off. The second scan shows the left edge.
The close-up scan of the Opening Ceremony Program shows the words "SALT LAKE". They are lighter, (or show 'wear') than the rest of the text.
We have an assortment of Olympic and Sports related books, programs, autographs and pins which you may have for free. Please ask. For the books and programs, USPS Media Mail shipping applies.
USPS MEDIA MAIL/ BOOK RATE shipping is .45 (Based on flat rate table currently on USPS website). (I'll use another method if you so desire).
COMBINED SHIPPING - We are deliriously happy to combine shipping on any items. Please let us know what items you are buying, and when you are finished shopping. We will send a combined invoice. DO NOT PAY for individual items, we can not send a combined invoice if you have already paid for the items. We charge actual shipping costs, no fees.
LOCAL PICK-UP - You may pick up your item ANY afternoon or evening; some mornings can also be arranged. No fees.
STATE SALES TAX - The tax is collected by ebay on behalf of the States. I do not receive these funds. I can not refund it. You will have to contact ebay, and/or your State's Tax Authority.
SHIPPING and SHIPPING COSTS - Buyer pays ACTUAL shipping cost only. We do not charge for "handling" or packing materials. We always:
1. Individually wrap every item;
2. Allow a minimum of 2 inches/5cm. in all directions for compressible packing materials when selecting a shipping box (for delicate items);
3. Double-box or even triple-box (for delicate items);
4. Use special foam packing material plus send you photograph(s) of the item before sealing the shipping container, for your approval.
5. We ship every day of the week, except weekends (and we'd ship weekends if USPS, UPS or FEDEX were open).
