1924 NY Conference Oswego NY Bricklayer Masons BMPM Int'l Union Badge Pin Ribbon

Here is an original DELEGATE badge from the New York State Conference of Bricklayers and Masons held in Oswego from July 1-3, 1924.  The celluloid charm has gold highlights with fine detail and the ribbon is gold-embossed.  The width of the cello charm is 1" while the badge measures approx. 5 1/8" from top to bottom.  The reverse side of the charm has a union logo stamped onto the metal and the white ribbon has some obvious wear and stains as evidenced by the scan.  I can't quite read the union acronym on the ribbon but the charm leads me to believe that it some combination of Brotherhood of bricklayers, plasterers and masons.  Thanks for looking at this auction.
